V ICF Slovenia Chapterju organiziramo tudi dogodke, ki prinašajo CCE točke. Na leto bomo organizirali 6 CCE dogodkov. Točke boste lahko uporabili pri vaših osebnih akreditacijah.

Zaposlovanje novih sodelavcev je nedvomno ključ do doseganja poslovnih ciljev in gradnjo pozitivne organizacijske klime podjetja. Izbira ustreznega kandidata, ki se bo podjetju pridružil na enem od delovnih mest predstavlja velik izziv za kadrovika in odločevalca.

Celoten proces obsega več korakov, od definiranja konkretnega profila novega sodelavca, izbire poti iskanja, selekcije in vse do zaposlitve ter uvajanja (onboardinga) novega sodelavca.

Strukturirani selekcijski intervju je nedvomno ključna metoda procesa kadrovanja. Je skupek veščin aktivnega poslušanja, postavljanja pravih vprašanj in opazovanja neverbalne komunikacije. Izjemnega pomena so tudi definiranje profila ustreznega kandidata, dobra priprava na razgovor in scenarij. Nekaj skrivnosti te metode vam razkrijem na našem srečanju.

 

Selection interview – some secrets of successful selection

Recruiting new employees is undoubtedly the key to achieving the company’s business goals and building a positive organizational climate in the team. Choosing the most suitable candidate to join the company on one of the positions represents a great challenge for the HR and the decision-maker.

The entire process includes several steps, from defining the profile of a new employee, choosing the search path, executing the selection process and all the way to employment and onboarding the new employee.

The structured selection interview is therefore a key step in the recruitment process. It is a set of skills, including active listening, asking the right questions and observing non-verbal communication. Defining the profile of the most suitable candidate, thorough preparation for the interview and  its scenario are also extremely important. On our session, I will reveal some of the secrets how to assure that the selection interview gives to the interviewer enough relevant information.

Sem ekonomistka, a me že vso kariero bolj zanimajo ljudje, kot številke. Navdušuje me vpliv izbire pravih ljudi v pravem okolju na pravem delovnem mestu, kar lahko v podjetjih in organizacijah dela čudeže – v eno ali drugo smer.

V preko 20 letih sem vodila več sto selekcijskih postopkov za vodilna delovna mesta v podjetjih in korporacijah širom Evrope, sodelovala sem tudi pri izvedbi ocenjevalnih centrov za presojo kompetenc ključnih kadrov po metodologiji SHL. Zadnji dve leti se posvečam kariernemu coachingu in svetovanju podjetjem pri izvedbi selekcijskih procesov.

Udejstvujem se tudi kot predavateljica različnim skupinam, tako nadzornim svetom, vodstvom družb in drugim vodstvenim strukturam. Sem avtorica številnih strokovnih člankov, ki jih objavljam v različnih strokovnih in poljudnih edicijah, pa tudi na lastni internetni strani (www.personal.si). Sem avtorica priročnika Skrita moč – šest stebrov uspešnega kadrovanja, ki je izšla v marcu 2022, v letu 2023 pa se bo slovenski izdaji pridružila angleška mlajša sestra.

 

MILENA PERVANJE

Even though I am an economist, I have always been more interested in people than in numbers. I am still fascinated by the impact of selecting the right people in the right environment for the right position, which can work wonders in companies – in one direction or another.

In over 20 years, I have managed hundreds of selection procedures for leading positions in companies, financial institutions and corporations across Europe. Besides, I have participated in the execution of assessment centers for assessing the competences of key personnel according to SHL methodology.

For the last two years, I have been devoting myself to career coaching and advisory services to companies in their efforts to improve the selection process.

Besides, I work as a lecturer to various groups, such as supervisory boards, executive boards and other management structures. I am the author of many professional articles, which I publish in various professional editions, as well as on my own website (www.personal.si). I am the author of the manual Hidden Power – Six Pillars of Successful Recruitment, which was published in March 2022 and will be presented to international market in 2023.
