The influence of personal identity on the increase of coaches’ competences – the model of archetypes.

The focus is on your growth as a person and as a coach. ‘Becoming who you are’ is the guiding principle: going from a static being to dynamically evolving and to unravel ‘obvious’ links and contradictions in the story of your client. You will find your own way to feel which crucial strategies are reinforcing and which are undermining.

Darja Zorko Mencin will present characteristics of archetypes and participants will get the answer to this question: Which archetypes are active at this moment and to what extent?….This session explores the world of archetypes which are designed to help you develop your own awareness, skills, and confidence by working with creation a “work smart” coaching practice, learning the strategies for better applying of coaching competencies, resetting your coaching habits with maturity of attitudes, managing your emotional balance, learning how to “go with your gut”  through the conversation.

She will review each of the archetypes and discuss how to make a deep integration of them.  In order to be a passionate self-confident coach and continue to serve clients well, we believe it is crucial to learn how to masterfully navigate expectations thought-triggering challenges, therefore you will get a toolbox to transform ‘complex questions and entanglements’ into an AHA-experience for your client.

She has extremely rich international experience, having lived and worked in different countries such as Malta, Turkey, India, Sweden, Argentina, Switzerland and Ukraine. As a Slovenian expert, she participates in the U-LEAD program with Europe.
