Use of Archetypes in coaching – extend your toolbox
17 junija @ 17:00 - 18:30
In this webinar, you will be exposed to the Unconscious layers: The personal, the archetypal, and collective unconsciousness. Using the unconscious archetypes as a practical active psychological database for change, the Jungian coach can contribute significant modification in the coachee’s expected behavior. Dr. Goren Bar will display the immense creative reservoir of our unconsciousness and explain how we can sort out from it images that can assist us in coaching practice. By use of archetypes.
When your coachee reports uncertainty, lack of ability to decide, confusion, and helplessness, it is their unconsciousness that will stand by him or her. This approach invites coaches to extend their toolbox with deep, creative, and efficient professional methods derived from a new perspective on coaching.
Avi Goren-Bar is a Clinical & Educational Psychologist, Certified Expressive Arts Therapist, Co-Active CTI certified coach, and member of the European Association of Gestalt Therapy. He is a senior lecturer in Beit Berl Academic College at the M.A. Art Therapy program, Israel.
