Spoštovani člani in članice,

dosedanjemu Upravnemu odboru ICF Slovenia Charter Chapter se bo mandat kmalu iztekel. Zagotovo si vsi člani in članice želimo, da naš ICF chapter še naprej podpira svoje člane pri profesionalnem razvoju ter si prizadeva za razvoj coachinga kot stroke.

Upravni odbor ICF Slovenia Charter Chapter/Društva za razvoj coachinga je na sestanku 5. 9. 2023 sprejel sklep o razpisu volitev v Upravni odbor ICF Slovenia Charter Chapter za dveletno mandatno obdobje 2024-2025 ter v volilno komisijo povabil članice Cvetko Mozoli, Metko Glas in Mileno Pervanje, ki vodijo postopek razpisa, pregleda kandidatur ter izvedbe volitev na zboru članov 21. 11. 2023.

Skladno s Statutom:

    1. ICF Slovenia razpisuje volitve za predsednika/predsednico ICF Slovenia Charter Chapter/Društva za razvoj coachinga (tudi uradni zastopnik društva po slovenski zakonodaji) ter 4 člane/članice Upravnega odbora (tj. podpredsednik, blagajnik, tajnik – označite v prijavnici, v kateri vlogi se vidite, upravni odbor lahko sicer o razdelitvi vlog, razen predsedniške, odloča sam; vloga 5. člana/članice ni predpisana ter jo upravni odbor lahko določi sam glede na svojo vizijo in način dela).
    2. Mandat traja 2 leti (2024 in 2025).
    3. Za predsednika je lahko izvoljen član, ki je vsaj eno leto član ICF/društva, za preostale člane in članice Upravnega odbora tega pogoja ni. Za vse člane upravnega odbora je pogoj, da sprejemajo Statut, Etični kodeks ICF ter Chapter Leader Ethical Guidelines.

Za nobeno od vlog člana upravnega odbora ni denarnega nadomestila, temveč gre za prostovoljno delo.

  1. Kandidate in kandidatke pozivamo, da svojo prijavo najpozneje do 30. 10. 2023 do 20.00 oddate TUKAJ (v primeru vprašanj ali tehničnih težav kontaktirajte volilno komisijo na icfsloveniavolitve@gmail.com).
  2. Volilna komisija bo prispele kandidature pregledala 31. 10. 2023 ter člane in članice po e-pošti in na spletni strani obvestila o kandidatih/kandidatkah.
  3. Predsednika/predsednico ter štiri člane/članice upravnega odbora voli zbor članov, volitve bodo potekale 21. 11. 2023 po Zoomu.

Pomembni datumi, vezani na volitve, so:

5.9. 2023: sklep Upravnega odbora ICF Slovenia Charter Chapter/Društva za razvoj coachinga, da v volilno komisijo povabi članice Cvetko Mozoli, Metko Glas in Mileno Pervanje. Volilna komisija obvešča člane društva o začetku volitev in razpoložljivih prostih mestih, zbira prijave kandidatov, jih preverja glede izpolnjevanja zahtev za člane upravnega odbora in za predsednika društva, obvešča člane o kandidatih, ki so oddali vloge, obvešča o datumu zbora, organizira postopek tajnega glasovanja članov društva, povzame glasovanje in o rezultatih volitev obvesti vse člane.

Dear Members,

 

The term of office of the current ICF Slovenia Charter Chapter Board will soon be coming to an end. We would certainly like to see our ICF Chapter continue to support its members in their professional development and to strive for the development of coaching as a profession.

The ICF Slovenia Charter Chapter/Coaching Development Society Board of Directors, at its meeting on 5 September 2023, adopted a decision to call for elections to the ICF Slovenia Charter Chapter Board of Directors for the two-year term 2024-2025 and invited members Cvetka Mozoli, Metka Glas and Milena Pervanja to serve on the Election Committee, which will manage the process of calling for nominations, reviewing the candidatures and conducting the elections at the Members’ Meeting on 21 November 2023.

In accordance with the Statutes:

  1. ICF Slovenia is calling for elections for the President of the ICF Slovenia Charter Chapter/Coaching Development Society (also the official representative of the Society under Slovenian law) and 4 members of the Board of Directors (i.e. Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary – please indicate in the application form in which role you see yourself, the Board of Directors can decide on the distribution of roles other than the President; the role of the 5th member is not prescribed and can be determined by the Board of Directors according to its vision and way of working).
  2. The term of office is 2 years (2024 and 2025).
  3. A member who has been a member of ICF/Society for at least one year is eligible for election as Chairperson; the other members of the Board are not. All Board members are required to accept the ICF Bylaws, the ICF Code of Ethics, and the Chapter Leader Ethical Guidelines.

None of the Board member roles are remunerated but are voluntary.

  1. Candidates are invited to submit their applications HERE by 30 October 2023 at 20.00 (in case of questions or technical problems, please contact the Electoral Commission at icfsloveniavolitve@gmail.com).
  2. The Electoral Commission will examine the nominations received on 31.10.2023 and will inform the Members by e-mail and on the website about the candidates.
  3. The President/President and the four members of the Board of Directors will be elected by the Members’ Assembly and the elections will take place on 21.11.2023 via Zoom.

Important dates related to the elections are:

5.9. 2023: the decision of the Board of Directors of ICF Slovenia Charter Chapter/Coaching Development Society to invite members Cvetka Mozoli, Metka Glas, and Milena Pervanja to the Election Committee. The Election Committee shall inform the members of the Society about the beginning of the elections and the available vacancies, collect the applications of the candidates, check them for the requirements for the Board members and for the President of the Society, inform the members about the candidates who have submitted their applications, inform them about the date of the Assembly, organize the secret ballot procedure of the members of the Society, summarise the voting and inform all the members about the results of the elections.
