Darja je velika popotnica in zase pravi, da se znajde v vsaki situaciji. Stalni izziv ji je, kako dobro obvladovati sebe in aktivirati osebno moč v svoj prid. Sama dobro ve, da je življenje sestavljeno iz stalnega spreminjanja, vzponov in padcev.

Njene selitve po svetu so povezane z moževo službo, od Malte, Turčije, Indije, Švedske, Argentine, Švice do Ukrajine. S temi izkušnjami se počuti kot “global woman” in se dobro znajde v mednarodnem okolju.

Deluje kot izkušena poslovna, leadership in transformacijska coachinja. Članica ICF je od leta 2011.

Rada kuha in peče ter preizkuša različne recepte. Njen hobi je slikanje na svilo, kjer jo privlači neskončna možnost kombiniranja barv. Že leta je navdušena kolesarka ne glede na vreme in okoliščine. Loti se tudi praktičnih izzivov, prenove hiše, pleskanja sten, pogajanja z delavci…

Je ponosna mama dveh odraslih otrok. Vse bolj se zaveda, da je njena notranja osebna moč njen največji vir in potencial. Pri tem sledi izreku „Hrast se je boril z vetrom in se zlomil, vrba se je upognila, ko je bilo potrebno, in preživela.“ (Robert Jordan).

Darja is a big traveller and says she manages any situation. Her constant challenge is to manage herself well and use her personal power in her own good. She knows very well, that life is ever changing and full of ups and downs.

Her moving around from Malta, Turkey, India, Sweden, Argentina and Suisse to Ukraine is connected with her husband’s occupation. These experiences make her feel like a “global woman” and in the international setting she feels at home.

As an experienced business, leadership and transformational coach she has been an ICF member since 2011.

Cooking, baking, trying out new recipes, silk painting are all her thing. She is an enthusiastic bicycle rider regardless of the weather. She is also not shy of practical challenges like house renovation, wall painting and negotiating with workers.

A proud mother of two grown up kids she is aware that her inner power is her biggest source and potential. She goes by Robert Jordan’s saying: The oak fought the wind and was broken, the willow bent when it must and survived.

Maja je poslovna coachinja vodij in timov, jungovskacoachinja, predavateljica ter pisateljica.

Že 34 let se strastno posveča komuniciranju in odnosom v poslovnem svetu. Verjame, da smo posel ljudje in da se največji potencial podjetij skriva ravno v kvaliteti odnosov. Vodje podpira pri ustvarjanju zavzetih timov, da lahko podjetje raste brez izgorevanja zaposlenih.

S coachingom se je srečala po lastni izkušnji z izgorelostjo, ko je iskala pot do boljšega ravnovesja med delom in zasebnim življenjem in hkrati našla svoje poslanstvo.
Znanje in izkušnje deli na dogodkih, delavnicah in v knjižnih uspešnicah Ne čakaj na vikend, Ne čakaj na stranke ter Ne čakaj na rože –  povsod spodbuja samorefleksijo, pristnost in srčno voditeljstvo. 

Kljub številnim vlogam je najraje mama, dušo pa si polni s petjem, plesom in sprehodi v naravi. Je ustanovna članica ICF Slovenija. Kot podpredsednica UO ICF Slovenija si bo prizadevala za krepitev prepoznavnosti profesionalnega coachinga. Verjame namreč, da lahko le coach, ki nenehno raste sam, resnično opolnomoči druge na njihovi poti do uspeha.

Her journey into coaching began after a personal experience with burnout. While searching for a healthier work-life balance, she discovered a new mission that she now wholeheartedly follows. MOJCA ČERNELČ

Mojca deluje na področju coachinga od leta 2018, ko je v ZDA opravila poletno izobraževanje s področja coachinga – sprva kot osebno raziskovanje, ki je hitro preraslo v strast do dela z ljudmi ter podpore pri širjenju perspektiv, osebne prožnosti in razvojnih možnosti. Njeno delo zaznamujejo raznovrstne življenjske in poslovne izkušnje ter prepričanje, da se trajni premiki pogosto zgodijo prav v neudobju – in da jih lahko z učinkovitim coachingom dosežemo bolj jasno, hitreje in z večjo notranjo stabilnostjo. Blizu ji je misel Nelsona Mandele: »Ni prave strasti v tem, da igramo na malo in se zadovoljimo z življenjem, ki je manjše od tistega, ki ga zmoremo živeti.«

Po izobrazbi je pravnica z opravljenim pravosodnim izpitom. Delovala je v sodstvu, državni upravi in gospodarstvu, skoraj deset let tudi kot mediatorka na Okrožnem in Višjem sodišču v Ljubljani. Od leta 2009 je podjetnica in direktorica podjetja Prosperja, kjer že več kot 16 let ustvarja, vodi in moderira poslovno-strokovne dogodke, delavnice ter strokovne dialoge, tudi v mednarodnem okolju. Leta 2021 je zaključila certificirani program za coaching pri Glotanovi celoti. Deluje kot leadership in transformacijska coachinja, vrsto let je tudi prostovoljno poučevala jogo, kar pomembno oblikuje njen celosten in pogosto nekoliko »out-of-the-box« pristop k delu z ljudmi.

Največ zadovoljstva ji prinašajo trenutki, ko posamezniki in ekipe skozi proces coachinga dosežejo še več jasnosti, sprejemajo še bolj pogumne odločitve ter delujejo dosledneje v smeri svoje vizije. Zavezana je stalnemu učenju in razvoju; tudi sama je redno vključena v coaching, saj verjame, da mora coach za svojo profesionalno kondicijo skrbeti z enako zavzetostjo, kot jo spodbuja pri drugih.

Mojca has been working in the field of coaching since 2018, when she completed a summer coaching program in the United States – initially as a personal exploration that soon developed into a strong professional commitment to working with people and supporting the expansion of perspectives, personal flexibility and development opportunities. Her work is shaped by diverse life and business experience, as well as by her belief that lasting shifts often emerge through discomfort – and that effective coaching enables us to reach them with greater clarity, efficiency and inner stability. She resonates with Nelson Mandela’s thought: “There is no passion to be found in playing small – in settling for a life that is less than what you are capable of living.”

By education, she is a lawyer and holds the Slovenian bar exam. She has worked in the judiciary, public administration and business sector, including nearly ten years as a court mediator at the District and Higher Courts in Ljubljana. Since 2009, she has been an entrepreneur and Managing Director of Prosperja, where for more than 16 years she has designed, led and moderated professional business events, workshops and expert dialogues, also in international settings. In 2021, she completed a certified coaching programme with Glotta Nova. She works as a leadership and transformational coach and has also taught yoga on a voluntary basis for many years, which significantly shapes her holistic and often slightly out-of-the-box approach to working with people.

She finds the greatest fulfilment in moments when individuals and teams, through the coaching process, gain greater clarity, make more courageous decisions and act more consistently in line with their vision. She is deeply committed to continuous learning and development and regularly engages in coaching herself, believing that coaches must care for their professional capacity with the same dedication they encourage in others.

Mag. BERNARDA POTOČNIK, PCC

Coaching ji je prišel naproti že v letu 2004 in pomembno zaznamoval njeno profesionalno in osebno pot. Verjame, da ljudje s svojimi izbirami vplivamo na zadovoljstvo in kakovost svojega življenja veliko bolj, kot se pogosto zavedamo, in da imamo pomembno vlogo pri tem, kakšen svet ustvarjamo okoli nas, kar je osrednje vodilo, ki mu sledi v svojem dolgoletnem delovanju pri podpori razvoju posameznikov in organizacij, s katerimi sodeluje. Njeno delo je njena strast in hobi za nedoločen čas.

Deluje kot trenerka coachev, mentor coachinja in izobraževalna trenerka v organizaciji. Kot poslovna coachinja sodeluje predvsem z vodji pri doseganju želenih rezultatov na njim lasten, avtentičen način. Izvaja tudi individualni osebnostni coaching in reflektivno prakso za coache.

Skozi življenje jo vodi radovednost in spoznavanje različnih svetov. Zase pravi, da je raziskovalka življenja. Navdihujejo jo zgodbe ljudi, ki si upajo slediti svoji poti in ustvarjajo dobre sledi. Rada preživlja čas v naravi, v gibanju, najraje v družbi in s kužkom Odijem, ob gledanju dobrega filma ali s knjigo v roki, ko se čas upočasni in teče drugače. Uživa v tišini zgodnjih juter in ima rada dinamičnost polnih dni. Vir moči je njena družina, mož in njena dva sinova, in podpora prijateljev.

Coaching came into her life in 2004 and has significantly influenced both her professional and personal path. She believes that our choices shape our happiness and the quality of our lives far more than we often realise, and that we play a decisive role in creating the world around us. This awareness has been the guiding principle throughout her many years of supporting the growth of individuals and organisations she works with. She experiences her work as her passion, and it often feels like a hobby to her.

Professionally, she serves as a coach trainer, mentor coach and a corporate trainer. In her role as a business coach, she primarily works with leaders helping them achieve desired results in a way that is authentic and true to themselves. She also provides life coaching and facilitates reflective practice for coaches.

Curiosity and the desire to explore the many worlds around her guide her on her journey through life. A student of life at heart, she is inspired by the stories of people who dare to follow their own path and create a positive impact. She enjoys spending time in nature, in movement, sharing moments with others and in company of her dog Odi, watching a good movie or reading a book—when time takes on a different rhythm. She loves the stillness of early mornings, as well as the dynamics of full days. Her greatest source of strength is her family — her two sons and her husband — and the support of her friends.

TOMAŽ OŠTIR, ACC

Tomaž je performance in poslovni coach s 17 leti izkušenj v korporativnem svetu in globoko strastjo do vzdržljivostnega športa. Vzporednici med poslom in športom mu nista tuji — sam se udeležuje kolesarskih dogodkov na cesti in makadamu, teku, ultra maratonih in Ironman triatlonu, kjer vsakič znova izkusi, kaj pomeni potiskati meje svojih zmogljivosti. Član ICF je od leta 2023 in ima mednarodno akreditacijo ACC.

V svoji korporativni karieri je vodil ekipe z različnih področij v domačem in mednarodnem okolju, pri čemer sta bila njegov osrednji fokus vedno razvoj ljudi in rast ekip. Ta izkušnja mu je dala trdno razumevanje, kaj vodje in organizacije resnično potrebujejo, da napredujejo — in ravno to je jedro njegovega coachinga. Danes kot poslovni in performance coach pomaga vodjem, podjetnikom in organizacijam preoblikovati vizijo v trajnostno uspešnost.

Živi v Ljubljani, kjer je ponosen oče dveh otrok. Ko ni na sestanku ali v coaching pogovoru, ga najdete na kolesu ali na progi — in najverjetneje z najnovejšo športno tehnološko napravo na zapestju. Je strasten tehnološki navdušenec, ki budno spremlja razvoj novih orodij in naprav, ki premikajo meje tega, kar je mogoče — v športu in poslu. Verjame, da vrhunska uspešnost vedno izvira od znotraj.

Tomaž is a performance and business coach with 17 years of experience in the corporate world and a deep passion for endurance sports. The parallels between business and sport come naturally to him — he personally competes in road cycling, gravel, running, ultra-marathons, and Ironman triathlon, experiencing first-hand what it means to push the limits of one’s performance. He has been an ICF member since 2023 and holds the international ACC accreditation.

Throughout his corporate career, he led teams across various functions in both domestic and international environments, with a consistent focus on people development and team growth. This experience gave him a solid understanding of what leaders and organizations truly need to move forward — and that is the core of his coaching today. As a business and performance coach, he helps leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations translate vision into sustainable high performance.

He lives in Ljubljana, where he is a proud father of two. When he’s not in a meeting or a coaching conversation, you’ll find him on his bike or on the running track — most likely with the latest sports tech device on his wrist. He is an enthusiastic follower of emerging technology and new gadgets that push the boundaries of what is possible, both in sport and in business. He believes that true high performance always starts from within.

Verjamemo namreč, da je to poklic, ki ga je potrebno živeti a hkrati ostajati skromen in se nenehno izpopolnjevati ter skrbeti za svoj osebni razvoj.

Pomembno nam je, kako coaching umeščamo med druge pristope, kako ga predstavljamo javnosti, in ga, da bi v resnici podprli razvoj posameznikov in družbe, tudi v resnici živimo.

Skupaj smo ustvarili združenje, kjer člani prispevamo z znanjem, izkušnjami in si medsebojno pomagamo pri strokovni rasti, prav tako pa prispevamo k ugledu poklica in večji prepoznavnosti. ICF Chapter Slovenia je prostor, kjer se coachi srečujemo, izmenjujemo izkušnje, imamo možnost dobiti odgovore na etična in druga s coachingom povezana vprašanja, podpiramo, ko jo potrebujemo, da ne glede na to, koliko izkušenj že imamo, še naprej profesionalno rastemo in se razvijamo.

Prizadevamo si, da ICF Chapter Slovenia postane referenčna točka za coaching, varen in spodbuden prostor za rast in razvoj coachev ter ugledno združenje v slovenskem prostoru in širše.
