Darja je velika popotnica in zase pravi, da se znajde v vsaki situaciji. Stalni izziv ji je, kako dobro obvladovati sebe in aktivirati osebno moč v svoj prid. Sama dobro ve, da je življenje sestavljeno iz stalnega spreminjanja, vzponov in padcev.
Njene selitve po svetu so povezane z moževo službo, od Malte, Turčije, Indije, Švedske, Argentine, Švice do Ukrajine. S temi izkušnjami se počuti kot “global woman” in se dobro znajde v mednarodnem okolju.
Deluje kot izkušena poslovna, leadership in transformacijska coachinja. Članica ICF je od leta 2011.
Rada kuha in peče ter preizkuša različne recepte. Njen hobi je slikanje na svilo, kjer jo privlači neskončna možnost kombiniranja barv. Že leta je navdušena kolesarka ne glede na vreme in okoliščine. Loti se tudi praktičnih izzivov, prenove hiše, pleskanja sten, pogajanja z delavci…
Je ponosna mama dveh odraslih otrok. Vse bolj se zaveda, da je njena notranja osebna moč njen največji vir in potencial. Pri tem sledi izreku „Hrast se je boril z vetrom in se zlomil, vrba se je upognila, ko je bilo potrebno, in preživela.“ (Robert Jordan).
Darja is a big traveller and says she manages any situation. Her constant challenge is to manage herself well and use her personal power in her own good. She knows very well, that life is ever changing and full of ups and downs.
Her moving around from Malta, Turkey, India, Sweden, Argentina and Suisse to Ukraine is connected with her husband’s occupation. These experiences make her feel like a “global woman” and in the international setting she feels at home.
As an experienced business, leadership and transformational coach she has been an ICF member since 2011.
Cooking, baking, trying out new recipes, silk painting are all her thing. She is an enthusiastic bicycle rider regardless of the weather. She is also not shy of practical challenges like house renovation, wall painting and negotiating with workers.
A proud mother of two grown up kids she is aware that her inner power is her biggest source and potential. She goes by Robert Jordan’s saying: The oak fought the wind and was broken, the willow bent when it must and survived.

GORDANA KOVAČEVIĆ HITI, ACC
NAMESTNICA/DEPUTY
Gordana je poslovna trenerka in akreditirana coachinja ACC, ICF z več kot dvajset-letnimi izkušnjami na področju vodenja prodaje, internega trenerstva in coachinga. Podpira vodje v prodaji prirasti in razvoju.
Svoje izkušnje je pridobivala v različnih podjetjih, tudi mednarodnih korporacijah. Svojo strast do podajanja znanja ter željo po podpori drugim je združila z izkušnjami s prodajnim vodenjem in se tako zadnjih deset in več let posveča področju izobraževanja odraslih. S coachingi in treningi pomaga prodajnim vodjem in njihovim ekipam uspeti v poslu.
Kot trenerka in coachinja na samostojni poti neizmerno uživa, pa čeprav sama pove, da je kdaj pa kdaj sama sebi najstrožja šefica. Vesela je, da jo je življenje obogatilo z vlogo žene in mame dvema krasnima puncama. Ali ločuje posel in zasebno življenje? Ne. Pravi, da je to kar je 24/7. Ko je s puncama, z možem, s prijateljicami, s kužico, na treningih in coachingih. Seveda pa sama pravi, da ne dela ves čas.
Gordana is an ACC, ICF accredited business coach and trainer with over 20 years of experience in sales management, internal coaching and coaching. She supports leaders in sales growth and development.
She has gained her experience in various companies, including international corporations. She has combined her passion for imparting knowledge and her desire to support others with her experience in sales management and has been working in the field of adult education for the last ten years and more. Through coaching and training, she helps sales managers and their teams to succeed in business.
She enjoys her freelance career as a trainer and coach immensely, even though she says that she is her own boss at times. She is happy that life has enriched her with her role as wife and mother to two beautiful girls. Does she separate business and private life? No. She says that’s what she is 24/7. When she’s with her girls, with her husband, with her friends, with her puppy, at training and coaching. Of course, she herself says she doesn’t work all the time.

SABINA POPEK SIMŠIČ, ACC
Sabina je mama, žena, prijateljica, netipična strokovnjakinja za finance in računovodstvo,:) coaching mentorica, radijska voditeljica, kreatorka podcasta, novinarka in občasno tudi pevka. Od oktobra 2023 je prvič po 26 letih kariere na samostojni poti.
Živi v vasici Begunje pri Cerknici, na Notranjskem in si težko predstavlja živeti v mestu. Pritegne jo veliko različnih stvari. Rada raziskuje in se uči. Obožuje naravo in živali. Rada kuha in peče. Pri tem se redko drži recepta.
V svet coachinga je stopila dobra tri leta nazaj, po naključju, ker je najprej bolje želela razumeti sebe … in vse ostalo je zgodovina. Iskreno verjame v moč coachinga in pri izvajanju le-tega izjemno uživa, sploh, ko vidi, da ljudje zaživijo, odkrijejo skrite delčke sebe in ogromen potencial, ki ga vsak nosi v sebi.
Sabina is a mother, wife, friend, our non-typical finance and accounting expert, coaching mentor, radio speaker, podcast creator, journalist and a singer, occasionally. After 26 years of career a freelancer since October 2023.
Sabina lives in Begunje village near Cerknica in the southwestern region called Notranjska. She cannot picture herself to live in a city. She loves to do many different things. Exploring and learning. Nature and animals. Cooking and baking. Seldom following a recipe.
She has been in the world of coaching for the past three years, by accident. It started when she wanted to understand herself better… the rest is history. She believes in the power of coaching and enjoys seeing people blossom, discover hidden parts of themselves and the vast potential they carry around.

KLAVDIJA GORNIK, ACC
Klavdija je v svojem bistvu opazovalka in raziskovalka odnosov, ki neustrašno postavlja vprašanja in odkriva različne plati. Po izobrazbi je sociologinja kulture in novinarka po izobrazbi ter vodja projektov z več kot petnajst leti karierne poti v projektnem managementu.
Zdaj želi narediti korak naprej in še bolj prispevati kot članica upravnega odbora v Charter Chapterju ICF Slovenia. Njen cilj je organizirati aktivnosti, ki bodo povečale prepoznavnost in ozaveščanje o coachingu med ljudmi z različnih področij, vključno z izobraževalnim sistemom in gospodarstvom.
Njeno navdušenje nad coachingom se je začelo leta 2018/19, ko je zaključila akreditiran program za coachinjo. Dodatno je okrepila svoje znanje in pridobila akreditacijo ACC leta 2022. Ponosna članica ICF je od leta 2020 in v zadnjih dveh letih aktivno sodeluje v Reflektivni praksi v okviru Chapterja ICF Slovenia.
Njene organizacijske spretnosti, vztrajnost in vedoželjnost so temeljni stebri njene vloge v svetu coachinga. Skozi svoje izkušnje, znanje in osebni pristop želi druge tudi navdihniti, da odkrijejo moč coachinga v svojem življenju. Ob tem jo vodi misel Alberta Einsteina: »Življenje je kot vožnja s kolesom. Da bi ohranil ravnotežje, se moraš premikati.«
V njenem življenju je pomemben vir podpore njena, kot sama pravi, triperesna deteljica – razumevajoč mož in dve čudoviti hčeri, ki jo vsak dan učijo dragocenih lekcij življenja.
Klavdija at her heart an observer and explorer of human relations, who fearlessly asks herself questions. She has finished social sciences and journalism studies. She has been working as a project manager for more than fifteen years of her career.
She says it’s time to move ahead one step and so she joins the Board Of ICF Slovenia Charter Chapter with the goal to organize activities that will raise recognition and awareness about coaching for people from different areas, educational system and corporate world included.
Her enthusiasm for coaching started in 2018/19 when she finished an accredited coach programme. After that she gained more experience and was accredited ACC in 2022. She is a proud member of ICF since 2020 and is active in the Reflective practice in the ICF Slovenia Chapter.
Her organizational abilities, determination and knowledge seeking are the basic pillars of her role in the world of coaching.
Her wish is to inspire others through her own experience, knowledge and personal touch. She goes by Albert Einstein’s quote: Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.
An important source of her support in life is her three leaf clover – her understanding husband and two beautiful daughters, which teach her valuable lessons every day.

DANIJELA CAPAN, ACC
Danijela Capan je izkušena svetovalka in coachinja z bogatim znanjem s področja upravljanja človeških virov. Njeno strokovno znanje temelji na psihologiji, coachingu, gestalt psihoterapiji in NLP. Delovala je na regionalnih pozicijah v mednarodnih podjetjih, kot sta Philip Morris in Hewlett Packard Enterprise, kjer je pridobila dragocene izkušnje na področju zaposlovanja, upravljanja uspešnosti, razvoja talentov ter združitev in prevzemov.
Sodelovala je v različnih fazah organizacijskega življenjskega cikla, kar ji omogoča poglobljeno razumevanje potreb organizacij, menedžmenta in zaposlenih. Vodila je multikulturne in oddaljene time ter uvajala najboljše HR prakse.
Zaključila je številne izobraževalne programe; v svojem delu uporablja različne metode, kot so kreativne tehnike, sistemske postavitve, Points of You, MBTI in druge. Njeno področje dela zajema razvoj vodstvenih kompetenc, pripravo vodij na nove vloge, karierni razvoj in doseganje ravnovesja med delom in zasebnim življenjem.
Je članica Hrvaške psihološke zbornice.
Danijela Capan is an experienced consultant and coach with extensive knowledge in the field of human resources management. Her expertise is based on psychology, coaching, Gestalt psychotherapy and NLP. She has held regional positions in international companies such as Philip Morris and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she gained valuable experience in recruitment, performance management, talent development and mergers and acquisitions.
She has been involved in different phases of the organisational life cycle, which gives her an in-depth understanding of the needs of organisations, management and employees. She has led multicultural and remote teams and implemented HR best practices.
She has completed numerous training programmes; in her work she uses different methods such as creative techniques, system set-ups, Points of You, MBTI and others. Her area of work includes leadership development, preparing leaders for new roles, career development and achieving work-life balance.
She is a member of the Croatian Psychological Chamber.
Visoki etični standardi, poslanstvo nas, coachev, da preko služenja našim strankam, ustvarjamo bolj zavedno, uspešno in srečnejšo družbo in ICF vrednote (integriteta, spoštovanje, sodelovanje, odličnost) so povezovalni elementi ICF Chapterja v Sloveniji.
Verjamemo namreč, da je to poklic, ki ga je potrebno živeti a hkrati ostajati skromen in se nenehno izpopolnjevati ter skrbeti za svoj osebni razvoj.
Pomembno nam je, kako coaching umeščamo med druge pristope, kako ga predstavljamo javnosti, in ga, da bi v resnici podprli razvoj posameznikov in družbe, tudi v resnici živimo.
Skupaj smo ustvarili združenje, kjer člani prispevamo z znanjem, izkušnjami in si medsebojno pomagamo pri strokovni rasti, prav tako pa prispevamo k ugledu poklica in večji prepoznavnosti. ICF Chapter Slovenia je prostor, kjer se coachi srečujemo, izmenjujemo izkušnje, imamo možnost dobiti odgovore na etična in druga s coachingom povezana vprašanja, podpiramo, ko jo potrebujemo, da ne glede na to, koliko izkušenj že imamo, še naprej profesionalno rastemo in se razvijamo.
Prizadevamo si, da ICF Chapter Slovenia postane referenčna točka za coaching, varen in spodbuden prostor za rast in razvoj coachev ter ugledno združenje v slovenskem prostoru in širše.
